CSSDP is opposing Health Canada's proposal to include salvia divinorum and salvinorin A under Schedule 3 of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.  CSSDP has made a submission to Health Canada outlining the problem with this approach. As salvia is predominantly a drug used by young people, it stands that criminalizing salvia will criminalize young people.  You simply cannot criminalize a substance without harming human beings
