The Canadian Health Services Research Foundation offers the Mythbusters Award for students currently enrolled in a Canadian university. The purpose of the award is to raise awareness of common false beliefs and myth present in the Canadian health care system by refuting them through scientific evidence. The award is worth $1,500 and the evaluation criteria include originality, relevance, suitability of the supporting evidence, strength of the conclusions and readability.
