Insite is a controversial government funded project run by Vancouver Coastal Health in the downtown east side of Vancouver.

3 Canadian AIDS Treatment Information Exchange
CATIE provides free HIV/AIDS information services and support to people living with HIV/AIDS and their caregivers, to health care providers, to AIDS service organizations and to related front-line organizations.
4 Hepititis C Info
This web resource has lots of information about avoiding, living with, and treating Hep C. It is a great resource with information about safer drug use, safer injection and inhalation, and other harm reduction strategies.
5 What's with Weed?
What's with weed is website dedicated to helping those with problematic marijuana consumption. Here you will find useful information on marijuana use, surveys and opinions of other marijuana users. Be sure to check out the harm reduction strategies and other resources.
6 TRIP!
TRIP! project was started in 1995 to provide information on drugs and sex to the Toronto rave scene. They have had great success with their harm reduction projects. They provide drug education, outreach and counseling.
